Thanks - I understand that devices are unsafe, my question is how do they make it like an instant weapon, rather than over time as it is now?
I believe they are using the lithium batteries inside these devices to blow things up. That is one theory.
Dirty bombs. Could be any type of explosive device lace with radioactive materials.
